Montreaux’s reps say they now hope to put in their planning application for the B&Q site in July but that date could easily slip. We’ll see. The story so far: Read more
Last year, Montreaux announced they’d bought the B&Q site. We met their representatives last week to hear about their plans for 1000-1100 homes in blocks up to 21 storeys. Read more

Tonight, our application sailed through the committee with support from all sides and no opposition. The green space between Cricklewood Lane and B&Q is now registered as an Asset of Community Value. Thanks and congratulations all round! Read more
