Do you share my data?

No. Well, some payment data goes through Paypal, and newsletter data is in our account at Mailchimp. But we don’t share, sell or give away your data. We’ve passed messages on before now – eg when someone found a purse with a membership card in it – but we won’t hand out contact details.

Can you take regular subscriptions by direct debit?

We can, but not through this website. We tried it for a year, but not many members used it, not enough to make it worth paying £75-£80 a year for the software. Email us at northwesttwo@gmail.com instead.

Can you take regular subscriptions by credit card?

Not yet. Maybe some day we’ll find a solution a wothwhile solution but as of 2022 it would cost us something like £200 a year.

Can I set up an account and give you my credit card details permanently?

No. We don’t want the responsibility of looking after your password, let alone your credit card details.

When I pay by credit card, why have I got to give you my phone number as well as my email address?

We’re using the same software other people use for selling goods, and it’s a standard precaution to ask for a phone number, just in case.
