Public Space Protection Order (PSPO) Consultation
Brent are considering introducing new Public Space Protection Orders (PSPOs) for the London Borough of Brent as the current Brent PSPOs are due to expire on 31st January 2026.
The proposed new orders (PSPOs) are intended to address anti-social behaviours, enhance safety, and contribute to the overall improvement of the quality of life in London Borough of Brent.
Brent want to give everyone, regardless of whether they live in Brent or not, the opportunity to have their say on the proposal before a decision is made. Closing date is 5 October 2025.
