B&Q site – Reserved Matters

We asked the consultants whether anything’s changed on the detail application for the buildings on the B&Q site now in and available for comment on Barnet’s planning portal, ref 25/1888/RMA and they replied:

” There haven’t been any significant changes to the plans since our last exhibition at the Trades Hall. There have been some minor amendments to the landscaping design and building tops, See the relevant DAS documents for landscaping and building tops.”

The deadline for comments to Barnet is 26 June 2025.
